Superintendent's Student Advisory Council

Superintenden'ts Student Advisory Council

Dr. Jason John, HBCSD Superintendent, is creating a Hermosa Valley Student Advisory Council to provide feedback and ideas for our Hermosa Schools. This council will include eight students from grades 5-8 who meet once per month with Dr. Johnson for one hour during lunchtime. Students would miss part of their lunch and/or class time in order to participate.

The Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council needs diverse student experiences and ideas to provide the best input. Our students' voices are essential to the success of our Hermosa Schools.

To be considered, the Valley student must complete this short application and have their parent/guardian’s permission by Friday, September 30. The first meeting will be held in October.

If you have any questions, please email Dr. Johnson directly at [email protected].
