As part of our "Be Safe, Be SMART" E-Bike & E-Scooter Campaign developed 'by students for students,' we're launching a mandatory E-Bike & E-Scooter Safety Course provided in partnership with Safe Moves and Beach Cities Cycling Club. This course has been designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to ride their e-bikes safely. Students will learn about the rules of the road, proper helmet usage, and responsible e-bike/e-scooter riding practices. Beginning fall 2023, students who wish to park their e-bikes on our Hermosa Valley campus must participate in ONE E-Bike Safety Course offered. Below is the last Safety Course offered by Valley for the 2023-2024 school year.

Upon a student's completion, they will receive a numbered registration sticker, which they must place on their e-bike or e-scooter. If an e-bike or e-scooter is not registered, parents/guardians will be contacted to come pick up their child's e-bike or e-scooter. Questions?
