Due to weather, Opening Ceremonies were postponed to March 9.
The Hermosa Baseball Opening Day is on Saturday, March 2, 2024. It's a celebration of the first game day of the season that will include a performance by our Hermosa Valley Middle School Band, baseball activities, food, and an introduction of all the Hermosa Baseball teams. All of Hermosa Beach is invited to attend and celebrate!
The Opening Day Schedule is as follows:
- 9:30 AM - Gates open. Music, Activities, Popcorn, and BeachLife Festival Raffles will get underway!
- 11 AM - Welcome & Parade of Teams
- 11:30 AM - National Anthem performed by our Hermosa Valley Middle School Band & Ceremonial First Pitch
- 12 PM - Free hot dogs and ice cream served
- 1 PM - Games Begin!
