Mr. Underwood's 6th Grade Science classes are taking learning to the shoreline! On Tuesday, December 9, students will head to the 16th Street Lifeguard Tower throughout the school day to model the water cycle using our local beach as their outdoor classroom. Each class period will walk to the beach, complete the hands-on activity, and return to campus within the hour between 8:30 AM and 2:45 PM. This is an engaging way to connect classroom learning to our Hermosa Beach environment.
