HBEF is hosting a Back-to-School Bubbles events on Wednesday, August 20, from 9:30-11:30 AM at Sea Sprite Beach Club's new Surfer Girl restaurant. Parents and guardians are invited to drop off their children on the first day of school and then stop by to mingle, enjoy a mimosa, and celebrate the start of the school year with some light bites.
