The Environmental Defenders Rock the Planet - It's Up to You Tour, presented by the Los Angeles County Public Works, is coming to Hermosa Vista on Friday, April 3, follows in the Vista MPR:
9:00-9:30 AM - 2nd Grade & 3rd Grade (Busse, Irvine, & Manderscheid)
9:40-10:10 AM - 3rd Grade (Moon, Patel, & Sánchez) & 4th Grade
Our students will enjoy a 30-minute, interactive, and musical-driven assembly that will teach them about organic waste, the four R's (reduce, reuse, recycle, and rethink), stormwater pollution, household hazardous waste, and water conservation. To learn more, visit dpw.lacounty.gov/epd/defenders.
