PE Uniforms 2022-2023

It is the expectation that all middle school (6-8) students have a change of clothes for physical education class every day. Students are required to dress out in one of the standardized Hermosa Valley School PE Uniforms.

Students and families can purchase the standardized Hermosa Valley School PE Uniforms in the School Office. Please print and fill out the PE Uniform Order Form 2022-2023 and bring it with a check made payable to “HV Student Funds.” At this time, we can only accept checks in person. Currently, our online ordering option is down. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check back soon for more information. 

All Hermosa Valley School PE Uniforms will be delivered directly to the student in their homeroom (2nd period) class. Please make sure your student's teacher is on the order form. If something is missing from your order, please contact the Valley School Office at (424) 333-9970.
