Middle School Electives (6-8)
All Hermosa Valley Middle School students (grades 6-8) request their electives for the upcoming school year in late spring. We work hard to produce a student-centered master schedule where the most students benefit by receiving an accurate and ideal schedule. With that said, not everyone will receive the electives they requested. Thank you in advance, families, for your kind understanding of this fact. Courses with the highest number of student requests will appear in schedules the following year, as we allow kids to vote with their course selections. Students are scheduled at random and receive their final classes at registration.
Courses, including elective options, for the 2023-2024 school year will be provided in winter 2023.
